Hotel Balance has been operating for the past 30 years in one of the most beautiful locations of Switzerland, at 1500m facing the Vallais, surrounded by a breathtaking landscape. Because of this it enjoys a beautiful snowy winters and warm and sunny summers, both ideal settings for a great holiday.
Hotel Balance has been managed by Roland Eberle and Ulrike Schatzmann from it's inception. It was clear that they wanted to created something special instead of the usual holiday spot. They believe that "we are what we eat" and it was of great importance to be able to provide the highest quality products to their guests. Deciding to go 100% Bio and vegetarian put Hotel Balance at the forefront of the hospitality industry in Switzerland pioneering the "Bio Hotels" brand.
Not only the Hotel has 100% biological grown food but as well a lot of attention has been given in the products used in "house" from washing the laundry and dishes to the type of materials used for the beds, curtains and all other aspects of the day-to-day operation of the hotel. All the Wellness amenities like the bio-pool are a unique work that brings you the perfection of nature at the door step of your room.
The aspect that we are the most proud is how the Hotel is managed internally. The in-house Team is operating with the conviction that this is their project and that every guest is unique. With the entrepreneurial modus operandi the Team not only does what is the best for the guests but makes sure to be always in line with the reason d'être of the project. This creates a unique synergy where there is no need of hierarchy and creates a feeling of family and caring.
