We offer 100% organic and 100% vegetarian buffet meals that reflect the passion and rigour we put into selecting the products we serve.

Roland has been our head chef for 38 years. He was lucky enough to work with some wonderful people who, over the years, have promoted our vegetarian, organic and macrobiotic way of life.

In 2022 he passed the torch to his son Amadeus, a qualified chef, who took up the reins with brio.

Love and expertise is our credo! And for 40 years we offer our guests high quality vegetarian fully-fledged kitchen which is 100% biological.
