We are extremely happy to announce that this year’s Cherish Your Mind, Love your Body Retreat will take place on 20/22nd SEPTEMBER at another lovely venue, Hotel Balance, Les Granges, Valais, Switzerland. This is a 100% Vegetarian and Bio Hotel.

We invite you to give yourself this gift and join us in a beautiful, peaceful setting for this weekend retreat. Take a moment to pause and disconnect from the busyness of everyday life. The focus of this week-end will be physical and emotional nourishment through conscious movements, mindful meditation and yin yoga. We will explore how we move, think and feel. We’ll use simple practices and tools to deepen our connection to all aspects of ourselves and, as always, we’ll have plenty of discussions and lots of fun.

No previous experience is needed, every body is welcome.

We have chosen this venue because of its unique setting in a beautiful unspoiled mountain landscape. Being only a 1 hr 40 minute drive from Geneva, this is a 100% biological hotel, sustaining ecological and ethical convictions. They respect the natural resources of the land and the delicious nourishing food is all local and vegetarian. There is a natural biological pool in the garden and lovely walks in the surrounding area.

Friday 20th

17: 00: Arrival and settling in

18:30-19:00: Opening short meditation.

19:00 : Dinner

Saturday 21st

07:30-08:00: Guided meditation (optional)

08:00-09:00: Breakfast

09:30-10:30: Energizing movement class

10:30-10:45 Break

10:45 -12:30: Discussions and meditation

13:00: Lunch

Free time. Walk, swim, read or just Be!

17:00-19:00: Meditation and Yin Yoga class

19:15: Dinner

Sunday 22nd

07:30-08:00 Guided meditation (optional)

08:00 -09:00: Breakfast

09:30-10:30: Energizing movement class

10:30 -11:00 Break

11:00-13:00: Talk on mindfulness and how to integrate it in everyday life

13:00: Lunch

Free time: Walk, siesta, reading, swimming or Being!
